A Tesco melletti kertészetből kaptuk a bejelentést egy sérültfarkú cicáról, aki sürgős segítségre szorult. Kollégánk kétszer is próbálta becsapdázni, de csak másodjára sikerült neki. Viszont sajnos a cicahordozónk állapotának köszönhetően CSILLA kitépte magát belőle és illa berek, nádak, erek, köddé vált. Két cicás önkéntesünk, Hajni és Viki jártak egy héten át CSILLÁhoz mert attól tartottak, hogy vannak kölykei, de végül nem találtak erre utaló jelet. Végül a kertészetben egy dolgozónak sikerült megfogni a cicát, ahonnan azonnal az állatorvoshoz rohantunk vele mert ekkor már rettenetes állapotban volt a sérült farka. Még aznap amputálták neki, majd Viki gondozásába került.

Először félénk lehet, de első simi után jön és hízeleg, dorombol. Szereti ha ölbeveszik. Gyerekek mellé is bátran ajánljuk. Első nap megijedhet tőlük, de amint megismeri őket, gyakorlatilag azt csinálhatnak vele, amit akarnak. Nagyon hamar megszokná őket mint ahogy a felnőtteket is.

We received a phone call from the garden centre next to Tesco about a cat with an injured tail who needed urgent medical attention. Our colleague tried to trap her twice, but only managed to catch her for the second time. However, our transport box wasn’t up to much, so CSILLA managed to scramble out of it and disappeared into thin air. Our two volunteers, Hajni and Viki, kept going to the garden centre and tried to find out if she might have had kittens somewhere, but in the end they didn’t see any signs pointing to that. Eventually, a worker of the garden centre managed to catch her and we drove immediately to the vet’s as her tail was an emergency. It was amputated there and then and after that Viki took her into her care.

She might be shy at first, but after the first bit of caressing she comes forward and can’t stop fawning and purring. She likes to be held. We gladly recommend her to familes with children as well. She might get scared at the forst meeting, but when she gets to know them they can do whatever they wish with her. She would get used to them very quickly as she does to adults.

She’s FIV-FELV negative. She’s looking for a home where she can be an indoor cat.
