SAMIRA was found straying on a ploughed field in-between two settlements. She had been chipped, but the address was not in Békéscsaba and there was no phone number, so we were unable to contact her owner. Whoever he/she was, he/she hasn’t turned up at the shelter looking for his/her dog, either.
SAMIRA loves people to the point of adoration. In our opinion, she would follow every step of her owner, should she have one. Of course, we mean a responsible owner. Someone who would provide her with the necessary amount of exercise and attention. Not someone who lets her run away from home. She has superb physical qualities and she’s extremely smart and easily trainable. She’s of high energy level, powerful and whatever she does, she does it with her whole heart, mind and soul.
She gets on well with other dogs.
She’s wishing for someone strong-minded whom she could always have by her side and with whom she could take long walks before they would stretch out on the sofa together.
Unfortunately, SAMIRA is heartworm positive the treatment of which condition incurs a monthly cost of 4,000 Ft. She's waiting for her loving owner who's willing to provide this for her. 02.05.2022, 14.09.2023. Her treatment with Doxycyclin has started.
