Pallas adatlapja

Egy péntek este csörgött a telefonunk. A Mini Mancsok Állatvédő Egyesület kérte segítségünket egy mamakutyussal kapcsolatban, akit a Gellény Birtokon állatbarátok találtak. A kutyus a kapu mellett feküdt reszketve.  Megtalálói, betegnek gondolván, azzal vitték be a Gyulai Állatorvosi Rendelőbe, hogy el kell altatni. Szerencsére a vizsgálatok megállapították, hogy ilyesmiről szó sincs. VISZONT! A kutyusnak volt teje, tehát nemrég fialt és kiskutyái lehettek valahol.

Másnap bejártuk a Gellény Birtok körüli tanyákat vele, hogy hátha odavezet a kiskutyáihoz, de sajnos nem jártunk sikerrel. Egyedül a Gellény Birtok volt számára ismerős, máshova nem akart menni. Ebből következtetve gondoljuk, hogy a kutyust felelősnek nem nevezhető gazdái ott tették ki, a kölykök pedig valahol máshol voltak. Csak remélni tudjuk, hogy élnek és nem agyonütötték őket vagy más módon szabadultak meg tőlük.

PALLAS egy igazi kis házikedvencnek való, páratlanul lelkes és kedves, nevető, emberimádó, engedelmes és okos kutya, aki egy szempillantás alatt belopta magát mindenki szívébe. A farka folyamatosan jár, mint a motolla, egyszerűen nem bírja leállítani! Nyitott, kíváncsi, szeretetéhes és levakarhatatlan. Csakis társaságban érzi jól magát. Főleg emberi társaságban, de más kutyákkal is tökéletes a kapcsolata. Mindenkit szeret, legyen az két-vagy négylábú.
A macskateszt során ( ami egy cicákkal teli, apró szobában zajlik), azt tapasztaltuk, hogy nem volt érdeklődő a macskák iránt. Mivel mindkét fél megilletődött állapotban volt, így nem feltétlen garantált, hogy máskor, más környezetben teljesen cicabarát lesz.

2022.03.28-án elvégzett szívféregtesztjének eredménye: negatív.

Our phone rang on a Friday evening. Another animal charity asked for our help concerning a mother dog who had been found in the premises of a local venue for weddings by animal lovers. The dog was lying ont he ground next to the gate. They thought she was ill, so they took her to the local animal hospital wondering if she was suffering and had to be put down. Luckily, the medical examinations revealed that no such thing was the case. HOWEVER! She was producing milk, so she had given birth quite recently and she could have had puppies nearby.

The following day we scoured the woodland and the farms around the area thinking she may lead us to her puppies, but we failed to find them. Only the particular venue was familiar to her where she had been found. She wouldn’t go anywhere else,but there. We had to draw the conclusion that her owners that couldn’t be called responsible must have abandon her there and her puppies were somewhere else. We can only hope that the puppies have stayed alive and weren’t killed with a stone or put away with in some other way.

PALLAS is real family pet material. She’s unequalled in her enthusiasm and kindliness. She has such a smiling face, she absolutely adores people, she’s obedient and smart and she steals your heart in a split second. Her tail wags left and right continuously, like blazes and it simply can’t stop. She’s open, curious, needy of attention and a total stalker in th ebest sense of the word. She only feels good if she has company. Mostly human company, but she enjoys a perfect relationship with other dogs as well. She adores everyone, let it be two-or four-legged.
She’s friendly with other dogs. During our impromptu cat test (that is conducted in a small room full of cats) she did not show any interest in the felines. However, because both parties were experiencing a new situation it is not fully guaranteed that she will be completely cat-friendly in other situations as well. 

Her heartworm test result on 28th March 2022 came back negative.
