Julcsi adatlapja

A Néveri-tó környékén találták, így került  a menhelyre. Sem chipje, sem gazdája nem volt. Mivel bekerülésekor nem volt olyan hely, ahová elhelyezhettük volna, így az első éjszakát az inkubátorban töltötte. Következő reggel – az ételosztás miatt, - a résnyire kinyíló inkubátorajtón  nagyon ügyesen kiszökött. Napokon keresztül a menhely környékén bóklászott.  Nem ment messzire.  Az állandó kutyaugatás miatt érezhette, hogy  neki itt van keresnivalója.  A számára kihelyezett ételt is elfogyasztotta. Egyre közelebb, és közelebb merészkedett, míg egyszer csak újra  becsukódott mögötte az inkubátorajtó. Megcsíptük.

Találtunk egy nagyon picike kennelt, ahová elhelyeztük. Sokáig csak némán figyelt a rácsokon keresztül, közeledésre behúzódott a kutyaház legmélyére. Az egyik gondozó kitartásának köszönhető, hogy ma már pórázon sétál. De még szomorúság árad tekintetéből. Még nem tud önfeledten örülni az emberi érintésnek. Azon leszünk, hogy elfeledtessük vele a múltat, és megmutassuk neki,  hogy  lehet még boldog kutyus belőle.

FRISSÍTÉS 2020.05.04. JULCSI rendszeresen sétál a gondozójával és alig várja ezeket a sétákat. Ha végre kiszabadul a kenneljéből, boldogan hempereg a fűben. Már idegenek felé is nyitottabb, érdeklődve szemléli látogatóit, mintha azt kérdezné "akkor elviszel sétálni?"
2020.05.06-án elvégzett szívféregtesztjének eredménye negatív lett. 
Más kutyákkal jó a kapcsolata. A macskateszt során ( ami egy cicákkal teli, apró szobában zajlik), azt tapasztaltuk, hogy nem volt érdeklődő a macskák iránt. Mivel mindkét fél megilletődött állapotban volt, így nem feltétlen garantált, hogy máskor, más környezetben teljesen cicabarát lesz. 2020.05.08.
Németországba költözött. 2020.05.29.

She was found near to Lake Néveri and then brought to the shelter. She was not chipped, she had no owner to speak of. As the shelter was full she spent the first night in one of our emergency cages. The following morning, as we opened the door of the cage, handing food to her, she slipped out so fast that we barely noticed the moment. She didn't go far, though. She was wandering in the vicinity of the shelter for days, sensing that she should stay near to the other dogs. The food we kept placing out for her disappeared every day and she came nearer and nearer. One morning we managed to close the door of the emergency cage on her while she was inside.

There was a very small kennel free, so she moved in. She did nothing but silently watching us from behind the bars for a long time and as soon as we tried to get close she withdrew into the deepest corner of her wooden dog kennel. Thanks to the perseverance of one of our workers, JULCSI is leash-trained now. But there is still sadness reflected in her eyes. She's still unable to feel the thrill when human hands touch her. We are trying to make her forget what must have happened to her earlier and working on making her believe that she can become a happy dog some day.
UPDATE 04.05.2020  JULCSI is taken for a walk regularly by her carer and she can hardly wait for these walks. When she finally gets out of her kennel she really enjoys rolling in the grass. She's already opened up a bit towards stranger as well. She's still cautious, but she looks upon her visitors with interest, as if she asked " do you wanna take me for a walk then?".
Her heartworm test result on 6th May 2020 came back negative. 
She has a good relationship with other dogs.  During our impromptu cat test - that happens in a small room full of cats - she didn't show any interest in cats.  08.05.2020
