He tried to take shelter at a smallholding's farm, but he wasn't allowed to stay there, therefore, he had to come to the shelter.
He's a sweet, gentle, sociable, young dog. He's gorgeous-looking and in good shape. He doesn't even have long hair. All of these are important expectations, it seems. Most possible adoptants seem to wish to have a “young, gorgeous, short-haired” dog. EDMOND meets all these criteria and yet no one has fallen in love with him.
Being locked up doesn't do him any good. He needs physical and mental activity to work off his energy.
During our cat test we've established that he's a bit afraid of cats. He did show some interest in some of the cats, but tried to approach them with care. However, due to his size he's probably best in a household with no felines.
Sadly, he's heartworm positive which incurs a monthly cost of approximately 3,000 Ft for the future owner. He's looking for a loving owner who is willing to make this sacrifice for him.
His repeat heartworm test on 26th November 2019 came back NEGATIVE.
He's travelled to Germany. 31.01.2020
