A phone call came in to inform us that a seriously injured dog was lying by the roadside in a small rural town. Fortunately, no life-threatening injury was found, however, we did find a large hernia. Therefore, he was in need of urgent medical attention which he did receive. He did well coping with the surgery and all unpleasantries involved and he quickly recovered.
His looks might be a little scary at first sight, but in truth, DECEMBER is just a large size puppy dog who is basically afraid of his own shadow. Even walking on the lead scared him at first, so we had to pick him up and carry, but as time passes he's getting better and better at walking as well. He's very friendly and kind like a huge teddy bear who's been denied love and affection for a long time.
He travelled abroad on 1st March 2019
