This lovely dog was found with a broken leg so he needed medical help immediately. After the operation we brought him to the shelter where we could realise how amazing and friendly he is. He was dealing with his medical treatment wonderfully, as if he had known that we only wanted to help him. He is very friendly with people and he becomes attached to anybody in no time. Walking on the leash is not a problem for him, sometimes he is even too fast, despite his injured leg he only wants to walk, run, sniff around and discover every nook and cranny of this big world. He gets along well with other dogs, however sometimes he is dominant with some male dogs, so we would recommend him for a family with a female dog. We do not recommend him to a family with cat member because he enjoys hunting them. Since the operation he can't use his leg perfectly, maybe he will never be able to walk perfectly, only time will tell.
He was adopted on 1st March 2017.
He was brought back on 9th August 2019. Reason: The house was sold.
(We have also been gifted with his little mate, Nerc, as a bonus.)
Unfortunately, ALEKOSZ is heartworm positive the treatment of which condition incurs a monthly cost of 3,000 Ft. He's waiting for his loving owner who's willing to provide this for him. 09.10.2019, 22.04.2020
